Shak Presswala, CFA

  • Shak is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, management, and the pursuit of business development initiatives.

    Shak is an accomplished professional in the real estate investment industry. Before founding 26th Street, he held various leadership positions at Jamestown since joining in 2006. He was the Head of Capital Markets and Co-Chief Investment Officer, overseeing acquisitions financing and dispositions. Shak served as an Investment Committee member for Jamestown’s flagship, open-end institutional investor vehicle and closed-end retail investor funds. Shak began his career as a corporate investment banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, then moved into real estate with Wells Real Estate Funds and WestWind Capital Partners.

    Shak graduated from Vanderbilt University.

Andrew Shaw

  • Andrew is responsible for the company’s acquisitions, dispositions, development investments and portfolio strategy.

    Andrew has extensive experience in the real estate space. Prior to co-founding 26th Street, Andrew served as a Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer at Jamestown where he oversaw the acquisitions group and the firm’s new investments across all product types and U.S. geographies. Over the course of his tenure at Jamestown, Andrew led over $4 billion in acquisitions and dispositions activity. Prior to this work, Andrew started his career in the Equity Research department at Raymond James & Associates.

    Andrew graduated from Washington University in St. Louis.

Noah Peeters

  • Noah oversees the company’s day-to-day operational, corporate, and business functions.

    Noah has a diverse background in legal, operational, and business functions. Prior to co-founding 26th Street, he was Managing Director and General Counsel at Jamestown, where he oversaw the company’s legal, risk, and sustainability operations. Alongside Shak, he also served as an Investment Committee member for its open-end and closed-end timberland funds. Additionally, Noah worked with the acquisitions team for six years where he worked on nearly all the company’s acquisitions transactions. Prior to this work, Noah practiced in the Real Estate and Capital Markets group at King & Spalding LLP. He began his career as a business journalist at CNN in Atlanta, Georgia.

    Noah graduated from Williams College and the University of Georgia School of Law.
