The founders have bought, financed, operated and sold real estate in every major U.S. market in all major asset classes through multiple cycles and across the risk spectrum. They have invested on behalf of a wide range of investors – individuals, public and private pensions, insurance companies, foundations, family offices and sovereign wealth funds - in a variety of structures - funds, separately managed accounts and joint ventures.
